   Russ Swanay Real Estate was founded by Russ Swanay in 1974, who at the age of 23, was one of the youngest Broker/Owners in the State of Tennessee. From it's beginning, Russ Swanay Real Estate Company has placed it's emphasis on quality rather than quantity of listings. Always a small firm, the Company chooses to handle select properties which are properly priced, offering both the seller and buyers a realistic chance of their sale or purchase becoming a reality.

   Although the Company has remained small, all modern techniques are employed, including membership in the Tennessee/Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service, Internet advertising, and utilization of all available types of real estate lending tools.

   Always keeping in mind that the Company does business in a beautiful little town in the mountains of East Tennessee, further emphasis is give to a small town, friendly atmosphere in which clients feel comfortable in conducting their business. This, coupled with a reputation for fair pricing and fair treatment of clients, has gained the Firm a reputation throughout the community which is undoubtedly Russ Swanay Real Estate's greatest asset.
